Emily Wold aka Fablehound. After finishing grad school & hustling on the tour/summer theater circuit, I knew I wanted to use my creative skills in a way that better suited the life I wanted to live. I didn’t want to be at the mercy of other folks. I wanted a life marked by elbow room. Travel! Adventure! Freedom!
Enter voiceover work. I weaseled my way into an audition, quickly started booking, & before I knew it I was working as an audio engineer & hustling VO full time.
Fablehound, founded in 2020, is the culmination of all my skill, determination, & outright pluckiness. From its humble beginnings in a Chicago closet, Fablehound has grown into a booming creative enterprise, complete with two fully-equipped studios, countless commercial campaigns, & an ever-growing client base.
